Lowball, Stemmed Glass, Hot Drink Glass
Shopping List
6 oz Aged Rum (Smith and Cross or Plantation are best)
N/A Option: Use Bengal Spiced Tea - 2 tea bags to 1 cup of water
1 oz Brandy, or Cognac or Armagnac (optional)
2 TBLS Butter
4 oz Heavy Cream or Half and half
1/4 cup of Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
Winter Spices (fresh or a pinch): Clove, Star Anise, Cinnamon, All Spice. ( all are not necessary choose 2-3)
1 tbs Brown Sugar
Nutmeg - fresh is best, or grated.
4 oz hot water
1 Egg (fresh organic)
